News - Hakan Fidan: Turkey-Armenia relations will be normalized immediately if Armenian-Azerbaijani relations are normalized

Fidan informed that today he discussed the matter of normalization of relations with Armenia with the president of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev. "Now, after the [expected signing of a] peace agreement [between Armenia and Azerbaijan], the period of prosperity and development of the region should begin. We [Turkey] believe that there is no more room for war or conflicts in the region. Turkey supports the peace talks between the two countries. "If relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia are normalized, Turkey's relations with Armenia will be normalized immediately.
