Yuri Kim, the Acting US Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasian Affairs, had a telephone conversation with Azerbaijan's foreign minister Jeyhun Bayramov, and discussed the solution to the Nagorno-Karabakh crisis. Kim informed about this on X—former Twitter. “Constructive conversation today with Azerbaijan’s Jeyhun Bayramov on progress toward immediately & simultaneously opening Lachin and other routes to get humanitarian supplies into Nagorno-Karabakh. Opening routes and direct talks are key to resolving outstanding issues. Welcome the release of the three [Armenian] students,” wrote the acting US assistant secretary of state.
