News - Congressman Frank Pallone: US must assist Armenia in security

Frank Pallone, a member of the House of Representatives of the US Congress and Co-Chair of the Congressional Armenian Caucus, has considered the agreement reached between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan on the release of detainees to be a step forward. Pallone wrote on X that he is happy to see that Armenia and Azerbaijan were able to reach an agreement on the release of 32 Armenian captives. He added that this is an important step forward, but the United States must assist Armenia in the security sector to ensure sustainable peace in the Caucasus.
