News - Head of EU Delegation issues message on 35th anniversary of Armenia earthquake

Ambassador Vassilis Maragos, Head of the European Union (EU) Delegation to Armenia, issued a message Thursday on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the strong earthquake that had hit the country. In his message, Maragos says that today he join Armenian to honor the memory of the innocent victims of the devastating earthquake in Armenia in 1988, various European countries have assisted Armenia, the team spirit of Europe was there even in those difficult times of the past to lend a helping hand, and together we are stronger.
