News - Armenia’s Vayots Dzor Province governor dismissed

At its Cabinet session Thursday, the Armenian government decided dismiss Ararat Grigoryan from the position of Governor of Vayots Dzor Province. And in accordance with another decision, Kolya Mikayelyan will be appointed the new governor of Vayots Dzor. Mikayelyan held the position of the head of the Vayots Dzor provincial department of the National Security Service. Ararat Grigoryan was appointed the governor of Vayots Dzor on October 31, 2019.
