News - PM lauds Romania role in deploying EU civilian monitoring mission in Armenia

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Ion-Marcel Ciolacu of Romania on the latter’s national holiday: Great Union Day. The message says, in particular, that noting with satisfaction the positive dynamics in Armenian-Romanian relations, Pashinyan is convinced that thanks to joint efforts, they will contribute to the further development of Armenian-Romanian relations and the deepening of active dialogue in all domains of bilateral interest. Also, the Armenian PM highly appreciated Romania's role in the deployment and activities of the EU civilian monitoring mission in Armenia. In addition, Nikol Pashinyan thanked for the humanitarian assistance provided by Romania to the Armenians forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh.
