France envoy to Armenia: Karabakh refugees have the right to return to their homes

The refugees of Nagorno-Karabakh have rights and, first of all, the right to return to their homes, which was reaffirmed by the International Court of Justice in its decision of November 17. The French ambassador to Armenia, Olivier Decottignies, wrote this on X. The French diplomat added that he and the Human Rights Defender of Armenia discussed matters related to these refugees’ situation in Armenia.
