News - Amazon Web Services representative to Armenia PM: We are in active discussions with high-tech ministry

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, received Franco Spicciariello, Director Public Policy ITA & ECSEED (East Central and South-East Europe Division) at Amazon Web Services (AWS), the PM’s office informs. The premier highlighted the importance of cooperation with the Amazon company, and noted that the development of the technological sector is of primary importance for the Armenian government. Pashinyan added that interaction and active dialogue with Amazon will contribute to the implementation of joint projects. In turn, Spicciariello stressed their readiness to develop cooperation with Armenia, and added that they are in active discussions with the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of Armenia. Also, the interlocutors touched upon the implementation of programs in digitization and the future joint work planned in this regard.
