There was a power outage for a few seconds at the sessions’ hall during Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's address at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the Armenian government. "This is what I was telling you about, Mr. Sanosyan. Today as well I had a conversation with the head of staff on this topic. We raise the matter of the quality of electric energy in Armenia and are not consistent [in that regard]. How long should I give an instruction? An instruction should not be continuously given about the same thing for ten years. Electricity is of poor quality in our country, in this building as well. The lights are flickering in the offices, and there is no surprise that the power goes out," Pashinyan said angrily in the dark, addressing to Gnel Sanosyan, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia.
