Hundreds of props—furniture and costumes, including Princess Diana’s “revenge dress”—from the Netflix series “The Crown” are going on sale, reports Media. Around 450 props will be auctioned at auction house Bonhams, including replicas of the late Queen Elizabeth’s coronation dresses, a leopard print swimsuit, and Versace sunglasses worn by the Princess of Wales in the first episode of last season. A bespoke replica of Diana's “revenge dress,” which she wore the night the Prince of Wales admitted his infidelity on national television, is expected to fetch between £8,000 and £12,000. Also up for auction will be a full-length ivory wedding dress and veil worn by Vanessa Kirby as Princess Margaret, as well as the facade and front door of 10 Downing Street, the office of UK prime ministers, estimated at £20,000 to £30,000. Also on sale is a replica of Buckingham Palace's iron gates, estimated at £6,000 to £8,000, and a reproduction of the Queen's coronation carriage, expected to fetch between £30,000 and £50,000.
