The State Revenue Committee of Armenia has informed who must submit—by and including May 1, 2024—a declaration of income for the reporting year of 2023. These persons are as follows: 1) State and community employees, Armenian citizens holding public office as of December 31, 2023, as defined by the Law on Public Service. 2) Armenian citizens who are participants (shareholders, equity holders, members), as of December 31, 2023, of Armenia’s resident commercial organizations that have declared a gross income of 1 billion drams and more in the results of 2022. 3) Armenian citizens who are considered real beneficiaries under the Law on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing. 4) Armenian citizens who received a loan of AMD 20 million or more during 2023.
