News - Alen Simonyan: Russia's interests have acted against interests of Armenia, Armenian people in last few years

Being offended is not a political category. Alen Simonyan, speaker of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia, stated this in a briefing with reporters in the NA Wednesday—and referring to the Armenian-Russian relations and the claims that Armenia has taken steps against Russia and the CSTO,  and that's why Russia became offended and left Armenia alone against Azerbaijan. "Secondly, there are political interests; and these interests have acted against the interests of Armenia and the Armenian people in the last few years. It has become obvious based on the statements and the rest," added the Armenian NA speaker.
