Russia is carefully working with both Armenia and Azerbaijan to settle the situation between them, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said, TASS reported. "Russia continues to perform its functions as a guarantor of security, Russia continues to work very carefully, thoroughly, consistently, and constructively with both Yerevan and Baku," said the representative of the Kremlin.
