Today, November 18, the 21st autumn session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly starts in Yerevan. It will take place at the Sports and Concerts Complex named after Karen Demirchyan. The session is held under the slogan “OSCE in Times of Crisis: Role of the PA in Responding to Internal and External Challenges.” The agenda also includes issues related to the fight against corruption and the protection of minorities. Recently, the National Assembly of Armenia announced that 300 delegates from around 50 countries would arrive in the republic to participate in the session. The host party is the National Assembly. The autumn session of the OSCE PA, which is one of the main meetings of the assembly, will be held on November 18-20. The National Assembly of Armenia submitted an application back in summer and expressed its readiness to host delegates to the session in Armenia. Azerbaijan refused to participate in the session.
