Yerevan is discussing the proposal of the Russian side to hold a meeting between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Russia, but there are no concrete agreements yet, Armenian ambassador to Russia Vagharshak Harutyunyan told Interfax. "There are various proposals, discussions, but there are no concrete agreements yet, as difficulties arise in connection with the work schedule. So, there is no problem here; there is just a technical arrangement. The Armenian side does not reject any proposal. The work is being carried out," Harutyunyan said on the margins of Russia's St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum, answering the respective question by the aforementioned news agency.
