Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a telephonic conversation with Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko at the initiative of the Belarusian side, the PM's office informs Armenian News-NEWS.am. They discussed matters related to the organizing of the meeting of the CSTO Collective Security Council to be held on November 23 in Minsk, the capital of Belarus. Also, Pashinyan informed Lukashenko that he will not be able to participate in this meeting, and expressed hope that his CSTO colleagues will treat this decision with understanding.
