In accordance with point 9 of the trilateral statement of November 9, 2020, Armenia has assumed no commitment to provide an extraterritorial corridor to any country. Arman Yeghoyan, an MP of the ruling majority “Civil Contract” Faction of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia and Chair of the NA Standing Committee on European Integration, told reporters about this on Tuesday. He assured that there are no contradictions in this regard. "Jurisdiction of Armenia operates in the territory of Armenia," added the lawmaker. Yeghoyan reminded that the aforesaid statement is just a document signed by the leaders of three countries, and not an interstate agreement adopted by a parliament, and which shall be canceled by the parliament.
