News - Armenia parliament delegation visits Damascus, discusses regional situation (PHOTOS)

An Armenian National Assembly (NA) delegation, led by NA deputy speaker Hakob Arshakyan, is on a working visit to Damascus, the capital of Syria, Arshakyan informed on Facebook. "(...) we met with representatives and spiritual fathers of the Armenian community of Syria. During the meeting, we discussed the current situation in the region, as well as emphasized the need for joining all of our efforts to overcome the external and security challenges facing Armenia. During the visit to Damascus, a number of official meetings are also planned," the vice-speaker of the NA of Armenia added, in part.
