Gegham Stepanyan, the Human Rights Defender (ombudsman) of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), noted this on X, former Twitter, and referring to Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission. Also, Stepanyan posted the photos of von der Leyen, in which she lays flowers at the Holocaust Memorial and, separately, signs the agreement with the president of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, to double the export of Azerbaijani natural gas to the EU.
