News - Aide to Aliyev, Iran Ambassador discuss Azerbaijani-Armenian relations

Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev met with Iranian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Seyed Abbas Mousavi.During the meeting, discussions revolved around bilateral relations, developments in the South Caucasus region, and the potential for progress in the Azerbaijani-Armenian peace process, Azerbaijani media report.  Interlocutors also exchanged of views on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, as well as on the role of Islamic countries in this issue.
