Shots were fired in Yerevan on October 21, reports shamshyan.com. At around 2am that day, the Nubarashen administrative district police department received information that an unidentified person had fired shots under the influence of alcohol at the courtyard of a Nubarashen building. The police found out the identity of the shooter. And as a result of explanatory work with him, he turned himself to the Nubarashen police department hours later. The shooter was Nubarashen resident Ashot Ghadyan, 41, the deputy head of this administrative district, who also handed over the firearm he had used. The Nubarashen police department prepared a report into this incident, and it was transferred to the local investigation department. Also, the Nubarashen police department handed Ghadyan to the investigation department.
