The French ambassador to Armenia, Olivier Decottignies, on Wednesday noted this on X, former Twitter. “In Jermuk [city], with the European Union Mission in Armenia, I noticed the persistent occupation by Azerbaijan of entire sections of Armenian territory,” Decottignies wrote.
