In the southern regions of the country, where many Armenians live, the situation continues to remain very tense. Our community hopes that the Armenian government will send a plane and evacuate the elderly, women and children, at least residents of cities in the southern regions. This ongoing work continues, our union is recruiting people, there is contact with the government, we are now waiting for the plane. There are families who have conscripted children or cannot leave the country, some will remain, but I want to note that now it is very important to evacuate women, children and the elderly. At this moment I am very worried because the city is being bombed twice a day and I think that some serious attack is being prepared. If the situation escalates, it will be impossible to physically evacuate the Armenian community, our people will definitely suffer, and we will have to think about evacuation again,” he said, noting that they have collected the number of citizens willing to be evacuated and return to Armenia. The President of the Nairi Union stated that they are in contact with the Armenian Embassy in Israel and the Armenian Government, they have informed everyone about the situation and those wishing to evacuate, but there are serious problems with flights in Israel.
