The people of Artsakh have faced genocide by the dictatorial Aliyev regime, with more than 99.96% forcibly displaced, Artak Beglaryan, Former Artsakh State Minister and Human Rights Defender, wrote on X (formerly Twitter). “Currently, only a maximum of 40 Artsakh citizens remain under Azerbaijani occupation, and some of them are not ethnic Armenians but have Russian origins,” he said.
