The Russian government has submitted to the State Duma for ratification the protocol signed between the governments of Russia and Armenia on amendments to the agreement on cooperation in the supply of Russian natural gas, oil products, and rough natural diamonds to Armenia. The aforesaid document is placed in the electronic database of the lower house of the Russian parliament. This protocol provides for the replacement of the possibility of supplying Russian oil tar with petroleum bitumen reserves without charging export duties. The document was signed by two parties in June in Moscow.
