If you already have an existing card with the Bank, you can also obtain a new card under the conditions mentioned above. It is also worth noting that State Aid amounts can be transferred to your existing or newly opened card at the Bank, which you can also check using the Mobile Banking application. At the same time, we would like to inform you that the Bank has made changes to the terms of servicing your loans/credit lines (hereinafter also referred to as Credit) (except for mortgage loans) obtained at the Bank's branches in Stepanakert and Varanda: In case of delay in loan payment, the nominal interest rate on the loan is applied to the overdue portion, and no penalty sanctions are applied to the amount of overdue interest. In the case of loans secured by a gold pledge, gold items are returned to the client at the client's request, without any prior conditions or the fact of full loan repayment.
