France has expelled three foreign citizens for anti-Semitic actions or comments, a government spokesman confirmed, The Guardian reports. Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin said on Wednesday that any foreigner accused of anti-Semitic acts would have their residence permit revoked and expelled immediately. According to him, since the weekend, about 50 anti-Semitic acts have been recorded in France and 20 people have been arrested. The protests included large gatherings in front of synagogues shouting threats, drones with cameras infiltrating school playgrounds, graffiti, verbal abuse and threatening letters.
