Artsakhbank will return the gold items pawned in Artsakh/Nagorno-Karabakh without customers having to repay loan obligations, the bank said in a statement. "We are planning to provide some support to our compatriots who were forced to leave Artsakh and are in a difficult financial situation because of the military operations unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh on September 19," the statement said.
