When Armenia signed and extended the contract on the [Russian] military base [in Armenia], it was the result of a mistake made by all of us, regardless of individuals. I will not be at peace with myself and I will fight so that Artsakh is Armenian [again], so that the rights of Artsakh Armenians are secured and guaranteed. We will invest our knowledge, experience, ingenuity to make it happen," said Zeynalyan.
