Some patients forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh will receive treatment also in Spain, Deputy Minister of Health Artak Jumayan said at a press conference held at the Humanitarian Center on Tuesday. "The process continues. Today we will already have patients who will continue their treatment in Spain. Medical workers from different countries are also included in our hospitals," he said. Artak Jumayan noted that several patients are already receiving treatment in the USA, France, Italy, Belgium and Bulgaria under the coordination of the Ministry of Health. Further, he said that 264 of the forcibly displaced people from Nagorno Karabakh continue to receive treatment in various Armenian medical institution. The condition of 97 patients is estimated as serious, while 12 are in extremely serious condition. According to him, 18,786 forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh, including 5,600 children and more than 250 pregnant women, are registered in the primary health care units of the Ministry of Health.
