News - Deputy Armenian FM presents process of regulating Armenia-Azerbaijan relations to German MP

Deputy Armenian Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan, at a meeting with member of the Bundestag Robin Wagener, presented the humanitarian situation created because of Azerbaijan's ethnic cleansing policy. According to a press release by Armenia’s Foreign Ministry, հe also referred to the efforts made by the state to provide support to the forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno Karabakh, including the work carried out with international partners. Paruyr Hovhannisyan drew his interlocutor's attention to the dangers of destruction of Armenian cultural heritage in the territories passed under the control of Azerbaijan.The German side was also presented with the process of regulating Armenia-Azerbaijan relations, Armenia's efforts in the direction of establishing peace. They highly appreciated the high-level political dialogue between Armenia and Germany and highlighted the stable development of friendly relations and deepening of cooperation between the two countries.
