Azerbaijan’s Armed Forces during the September 2022 aggression alone, hit more than 150 civilian facilities, including residential houses, schools, vehicles, civil infrastructures, Chairman of Armenia’s Investigative Committee Argishti Kyaramyan said during a speech dedicated to the 9th anniversary of the Investigative Committee. “Various departments of the committee, especially the departments of the main military investigation department, are continuing the investigation to this day, with the use of armed forces by the military and political leadership of Azerbaijan on May 12, 2021 in Syunik and Gegharkunik provinces, between November 14 and 16, 2021 in Ishkhanasar and Jermuk. In the period between September 13 and 15, 2022, to carry out acts of aggression in the direction of Jermuk, Sotk, Vardenis, Goris, Kapan, Artanish, Ishkhanasar and other settlements, to make the civilian population the target of systematic, deliberate and targeted attacks, to invade and occupy the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia.
