News - Moscow considering possibility of Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan FMs’ meeting in Kyrgyzstan

Moscow is considering the possibility of conducting talks between the foreign ministers of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan within the framework of the CIS summit in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, on Thursday, announced Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin. "Dialogue between Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia regarding the entire range of matters of settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict has never been interrupted. We hope that such contacts will continue," Galuzin said.  According to him, the Azerbaijani side has already given its accord in principle. "We expect that the Armenian side will also approach this matter with full responsibility and agree to participate in the negotiations," added the Russian deputy FM.
