Russia will send humanitarian aid to forcibly displace persons from Nagorno-Karabakh in mid and long-term, Russia Ministry of Emergency Situations announced after a briefing with Armenia’s Foreign Ministry on October 2, Russian Embassy in Armenia reports. The embassy a list of primary goods has already been made, which will be possible to send to the Republic of Armenia in the coming days to meet the needs of the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh.
