Numerous members of the Armenian communities from various cities of Spain gathered Thursday in Granada to express their unconditional support to the people of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). The protest aimed to raise awareness of Azerbaijan's crimes against humanity, condemn the European Union's complicity in Azerbaijan's ethnic cleansing of the Armenians, and call for immediate international intervention to stop Azerbaijan's genocidal policy. The rally took place during the quadrilateral meeting between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, European Council President Charles Michel, French President Emmanuel Macron, and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz on the margins of the third summit of the European Political Community. The Granada demonstration sends a message to the European leadership, and demands immediate measures against the ongoing genocidal policy of Azerbaijan.
