

The upcoming autumn plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), scheduled to take place in Strasbourg from October 9 to 13, will feature discussions on a range of important topics. Among the items on the agenda, two issues will be addressed as line debates: the "Humanitarian situation in Nagorno Karabakh" and the "Call for Osman Kavala's release." Additionally, the Assembly will discuss matters related to spy programs, government surveillance, and the legitimacy of ad hominem limits on the sitting President of Russia.
