The promised 100,000 drams, each, were transferred a few minutes ago to about 50,000 of our sisters and brothers forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh who already had bank cards at the time of their displacement. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote this on Facebook. "Our other brothers and sisters will have the money transferred to them as soon as their [bank] card accounts are verified. The children's money will be transferred when their mothers link their data to their [bank] card accounts in the already announced manner. The money will be transferred to the first and second groups of disabled persons and the age group over 75 by hand—through HayPost, Pashinyan added. As reported earlier, 8 billion drams (approx. US$19 million) have been earmarked from the reserve fund of the Armenian government to provide one-time monetary assistance of 100,000 drams, each, to 80,000 beneficiaries forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh.
