Karabakh ex-official: More than 15 identified Armenians under Azerbaijan rule

More than 15 identified Armenians in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) have remained under Azerbaijani rule. Artak Beglaryan, Former Minister of State of Artsakh, wrote about this on Telegram, citing his sources. "The total number cannot exceed 40, including missing persons," Beglaryan added.
