News - Red Cross teams are in Karabakh capital Stepanakert streets, with loudspeakers (VIDEO)

The Armenia office of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) posted a video from the capital of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), Stepanakert, telling about the evacuation of the last remaining Armenian residents of the city. “Tens of thousands have fled their homes. But the most vulnerable - including the elderly, sick, and disabled - are unable to easily leave. Our teams have been in the streets with megaphones, to find those who need help or wish to be evacuated,” the ICRC Armenia office noted on Facebook.
