News - President of European Commission to will meet Pashinyan in Granada

Ursula von der Leyen, the President of the European Commission, has revealed that the European Union will provide over 25 million euros in aid to Armenia following Azerbaijan's military operation in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). She made this announcement during her visit to Granada, where she was attending the summit of the European Political Community. Initially, 5.2 million euros were allocated, but von der Leyen stated that she would inform Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of the EU's decision to double that amount to 10.2 million euros. Additionally, the EU will contribute another 15 million euros to Armenia's budget. Von der Leyen also revealed plans to meet with Prime Minister Pashinyan in Granada to discuss further support for Armenia.
