The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) does not comment on the matter of visiting the former presidents of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) who are arrested by Azerbaijan. "In connection with the latest escalation, the matter of visiting the possible arrested persons is in the center of attention of the ICRC. However, at the moment, the ICRC cannot publicly comment on the course of work in this regard," said Zara Amatuni, Communication and Prevention Program Manager of the ICRC Armenia office, in response to Armenian News-NEWS.am's question about visiting the former presidents and senior officials of Artsakh, who have been arrested by the Azerbaijani authorities for a long time.
