Dmitry Peskov: Russia's heart aches for Karabakh Armenians, it continues providing humanitarian aid

Moscow is worried about the fate of the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh, it carefully monitors the protection of their rights by Azerbaijan, and also continues to provide humanitarian aid, Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the Russian president, told reporters, according to TASS. "Our hearts continue to ache for the Armenians of Karabakh. We listen carefully to the statements of our Azerbaijani friends about the intention to ensure the security and all the rights of those Armenians who want to stay in Karabakh. We provide humanitarian aid," said Peskov, presenting Russia's position on the matter.
