News - Azerbaijan confirms capture of David Babayan

Azerbaijan has officially confirmed the capture of David Babayan. This revelation came through Varuzhan Geghamyan, a turkologist and historian, who shared the information on his Telegram channel. As of now, Azerbaijan has captured several prominent figures from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), including: Ruben Vardanyan, former Minister of State; David Manukyan, former Deputy Commander of the Artsakh Defence Army, holding the rank of general; Levon Mnatsakanyan, former Commander of the Defense Army, also a general; David Babayan, former Foreign Minister of Artsakh. According to Varuzhan Geghamyan, the capture of these individuals has significant implications for the de facto authorities in Armenia.
