News - Azerbaijan’s act of vandalism: Culture Ombudsman condemns placing Azerbaijani flag on Armenian monument

The Ombudsman of Culture of Hayk expressed strong condemnation after a photo circulated on the Internet, showing the flag of Azerbaijan placed on the monument known as "We are our mountains," often referred to as the "Tatik-Papik" monument (which translates as "Grandmother and Grandfather"). In response to this act, the Ombudsman of Culture of Hayk, posted on their Facebook page: "Another act of vandalism by Azerbaijan. The entire cultural heritage of Artsakh is at risk.
