Across the globe, a wave of youth-led protests is capturing attention with young people voicing their concerns over various pressing issues. In France, student-led initiatives are calling for better educational resources and equitable opportunities. Albania sees its young population marching against systemic corruption, while in India, Generation Z is challenging the status quo with protests against examination frauds, unemployment, and the need for political accountability. This pattern isn’t isolated. The previous year also witnessed vibrant youth protests in Morocco, Nepal, Madagascar, the Philippines, and Peru, each with their unique set of demands and challenges. As these collective voices grow louder, they reflect a shared objective: a call for systemic change and accountability from those in power. We are actively seeking accounts from the youth who are at the forefront of these movements. What drives their passion? What vision do they have for the future? And what tangible changes do they believe need to occur to address their grievances? Join the conversation and help us amplify the voices of youth from around the world.
