News - Local Scholars Celebrated: Honors and Achievements Spring 2026

In a proud moment for the community, several local students have made headlines for their academic excellence in the Spring of 2026. Henry Ormont from Keene and Ruby Neutra from Marlborough have successfully graduated from Northfield Mount Hermon, a prestigious institution located in Gill, Massachusetts. Their accomplishment marks a significant milestone in their academic journeys. Carson Clark, hailing from Bellows Falls, has been recognized for his outstanding academic performance by being named to the dean's list at Nichols College in Dudley, Massachusetts, for the Spring 2026 semester. His dedication and hard work have paid off. Equally impressive are five local students who earned places on the dean's list at Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts. The talented scholars include Ruby M. Besson, Morgan T. Murray, Veronica G. Prescott, and Sophie K. Martin, all from Keene, and Aurelia M. Critchfield from Bellows Falls. The University of Rhode Island in Kingston, R.I., also saw the academic prowess of eight local students who achieved dean's list honors for the same semester, showcasing the diverse talents of the community. Dublin proudly had Annalese Patrick, while Keene celebrated Sofia Accorsi and Owen Hope. Jaffrey's Quinn Kelly, Natalie Lambert, and Izzie Rollins joined the list, accompanied by Tatum Dilegge from Spofford and Cora Buswell from Walpole.
