News - Azerbaijan, Karabakh delegations holding another talks, Azerbaijani media report

Azerbaijani MP Ramin Mammadov's negotiations with the representatives of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) are underway in Ivanyan (Khojaly) village, according to Azerbaijan media. Artsakh authorities, however, have not stated anything yet about this meeting. On September 21, a meeting between the representatives of Azerbaijan and Artsakh took place in the Azerbaijani city of Yevlakh—and with Russian mediation. Artsakh informed that during this talk, which took place in a "practical atmosphere," a number of matters of bilateral interest were discussed. "The parties particularly emphasized the need to discuss all existing issues in a peaceful situation, indicating their willingness to continue the meeting," Artsakh had added.
