The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, held a working consultation with the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs today, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported. The president instructed to organize the safe movement of the citizens of Nagorno-Karabakh, the security of those still in Karabakh. “Taking into account the created situation and the large flow of people with personal vehicles to the Republic of Armenia caused traffic jams, for this reason we urge you not to panic and not to hurry in order not to overload the corridor connecting Artsakh to Armenia. The relocation of the population is carried out in stages, for which there are no set deadlines. The process will continue until they fully ensure the transportation of citizens who wish to travel to Armenia.
