The TRIPP+ Enterprise Fund, officially established on January 26, 2026, shortly after a pivotal meeting in Washington on January 13, involving Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, marks an extensive collaboration between the two nations. This diplomatic engagement culminated with the creation of the TRIPP Development Company, entrusted with the task of steering the infrastructure agenda along the strategic TRIPP corridor in Armenia’s southern region. Structured as a joint enterprise with Armenia owning 26% and the U.S. possessing a controlling stake of 74%, facilitated through TRIPP Development Company US—an affiliate situated in Delaware under the aegis of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation—the initiative signifies a significant bilateral governmental endeavor.
