The United States reiterates its support for Armenia’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and democracy, emphasizing that these are inviolable principles. USAID Administrator Samantha Power said at a press conference at the U.S. Embassy in Armenia on September 25. "Once again we state very clearly, as we did at the UN as well, that we support Armenia's sovereignty, territorial integrity, and democracy. I can't say what the consequences of violations related to this might be. But together we want to emphasize that these are inviolable principles," Power said.
